Typically a client will ring our number and look for menus. The simple part is describing what we do but in most cases we try to go out and look at the premises to make sure its a safe and accessible place to cook. We have cooked in Sheds, off on Islands, in a CRYPT and in Gardens and club fields. Our food is wholesome and very tasty we never use anything that is frozen and certainly dont use factory burgers. He picks the very best meat for our burgers and chicken kebabs. Our meat is always delivered on the day or day before an event and stored in refrigerated storage. On the Day of the event what can we expect? We typically arrive 1.5 to 2 hours before your bbq catering event. This gives us time to make sure we have the site ready tables out and cutlery wrapped. Our main time is spent getting the bbq up to heat standard and making sure we have a good mixture of foods ready by the time you are back.
